    Established in 2007, the Marsh Street Gallery is a collective of local artists located at

    203 Marsh Street in Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains. The gallery features paintings, sculpture,

    wood work, pottery, jewelry, and mixed-media from local artists and artisans.

    — Cynthia Marsh

    Cynthia has always been interested in the arts. After a busy life, took up oil painting, and never looked back: Her interests are basically nature, farm animals and old buildings. She started the Marsh Street Gallery in 2007.

    — Dale Marsh

    Dale paints what grabs her - those "Stop The Car" moments that demand attention, whether it's a weathered barn, a herd of cows or a spectacular vista. Recent travels to Tuscany and Newfound have added fresh inspiration to her collection.

    Darla Anderson

    Darla has a passion for nature, gardening, animals and the environment. Much of her work is inspired by the world around her, walks in the woods, gardening and light.

    Dave Hodgetts

    Dave Hodgetts loves travelling to wild places where he can fish, canoe and paint. Killarney, Algonguin Park, Georgian Bay and the great rivers of Canada's far north are evident in his paintings.

    Norma Lee

    Norma's subject matter is quite varied, including figurative, still life and landscape. She draws her inspiration mainly from what she sees around her. Painting primarily with oils and employing vibrant colors and a variety of techniques, she tried to capture the light in all that she paints.

    Cathie Gellatly

    Cathie Gellatly enjoys painting the beautiful towns, farms and vistas of the Ontario landscape. Her recent work is mostly in oil, exploring the various rhythms and abstractions seen in natures. Water, and the patterns that reflections make, is a special interest.

    Sheila Greenland

    Sheila's inspiration in art is dramatic color and whether she is working in watercolors, oil or goauche her paintings flow while still maintaining an underlying structure.

    Pamella Branch

    As a child, my parents had a cottage on Georgian Bay, where I learned to swim at the age of two. My love for water has never left me, as I incorporate water in most of my paintings. Oil paint used with bold intensity give the compositions movement, impact and emotional intimacy with each painting. The love I have for the subject is evident in the spirit of water and land I paint. Sometimes my view is only accessible from the water.“
